The Wichita Warlords were an unsuccessful expansion team in the league. The team was not all bad; some of their losses came by ver close margins. The team lost two home games in a row by a combined three points. Four of the team’s last five games were on the road, too. After the team completed their losing season and the IFL was sold, the franchise moved to the AF2. When that team folded, the Wichita Aviators formed in the APFL.
