The Corpus Christi Fury spent the franchise's final season in the X-League, going 0-6. The team rarely fielded an entire roster, sending as few as eight players for some games. In a game at Bloomington, the Fury fell 110-1, a far fall from a league title just a year ago in the UIFL. The Fury also participated in a game played after the X-Bowl II, in which the Fury traveld to Rio Grande Valley to fill a remaining home date.
