The Tennessee River Sharks were a failed expansion franchise owned by Jamie LaMunyon. LaMunyon also owned the Montgomery Maulers for a while, firing the team at one point during the season. The River Sharks, during the season, had their equipment and turf repossessed. Camp Jordan Arena also kicked them out for unpaid rent. The other win came by forfeit from West Palm Beach.
